Since 2015, my journey with Balter Festival has been one of continuous evolution. What began as a successful stint as a walkabout performer has blossomed into the role of Walkabout and Sideshow Manager, a position I've proudly held since 2018. In this pivotal role, I wield full responsibility for shaping the festival's vibrant pool of immersive performers.

Booking Brilliance

As the curator of walkabouts and sideshows, my role is multi-faceted. From researching and booking acts that will captivate and mesmerise, to skilfully managing the budget to ensure a balance between creativity and financial responsibility, I am the architect of Balter's unique theatrical entertainment landscape.

On-Site Mastery

When the festival gates swing open, I ensure that each act unfolds seamlessly. From coordinating logistics to overseeing performances, my focus is on creating immersive experiences that resonate with Balter's unique audience.

Debriefing for Excellence

Post-festival, my responsibilities extend to the crucial debriefing phase. It's here that I reflect on the successes, analyse challenges, and gather insights that fuel the continuous refinement of Balter's walkabout and sideshow offerings.
